Our founder is a hyper-organized, type-A bride who started planning a year in advance—but most couples find that 9 months before the wedding (or as soon as you start brainstorming!) is the perfect time to jump in. WedWise grows with you from initial ideas to your final timeline.

Absolutely. Collaboration is at the heart of WedWise. You can onboard multiple users—your partner, clients, assistants, or vendors—and assign different permission levels so each person only sees what you want them to. It keeps everyone aligned without compromising privacy.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. All information shared on our platform is protected using industry-standard security measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, along with strict access controls. We collect marketing consent during signup, and any promotional communication is sent only if you choose to opt in. We do not sell or misuse your personal data, and your wedding plans, guest details, and preferences remain private and secure.

What happens after the free trial?

You’re never locked in. After your 30-day free trial, your subscription will continue automatically, but you can cancel at any time.
